Williams FW30 livery leaked?
The Williams F1 team’s new sponsor, the Dutch clothing company McGregor, have apparently been a bit too eager about their new F1 sponsorship, having posted images on their site of what some believe to be the official 2008 livery for the Williams car.
It is of course only speculation at this point and a Williams spokesman has supposedly denied this to be the real livery. He stated that the photos appear to be from back in December and that Williams were testing several liveries at that time.
Whatever the case, I hope the final car won’t stray far from what these pictures depict. There are some messy liveries amongst the teams each year, but this one sure looks good. Clean and simple.
Should this prove to be the final design come Melbourne, McGregor can hardly be said to have gotten their three-year sponsorship off to a flying start.

Can’t say I think much of this livery unfortunately (fortunately?)… however, at least it’s better then some of the previous years ones… In reference to the 2002 (I think) livery I believe, in the words of murray walker, ‘It looked like they filled a cannon with red and white paint and a whole heap of sponsors’
Hehe, there have been some bad ones. Few as bad as Renault’s last year though (and this year, as they saw fit not to change it even slightly). Renault’s looks like someone ate something they shouldn’t have and spread the result across the car.
What don’t you like about this Williams livery? I like the fact that there are only two colors, even with the sponsor logos. Less clutter.
